Overview
The Darma Valley sits tucked against the Nepal and Tibet borders in the Pithoragarh district — one of the last truly unspoilt valleys in the Indian Himalaya. The trail winds through ancient Shauka villages, dense rhododendron forests, and glacier-fed meadows to deliver you face-to-face with the Panchachuli massif's five soaring summits. Access requires an Inner Line Permit, which keeps the crowds away and the wilderness intact.
